I’m highly impressed, I’ve had some experiences with other dealerships n nothing has even come close to the experience I’ve had here!! About a month ago I bought a 2016 ford explorer the communication, care, service, value of it all was 100% questions were answered SABRINA is absolutely amazing! Someone you can feel comfortable talking too. She was on point with everything!! The owner didn’t go more than 2 hours without responding!! Thank you all for the experience! You definitely have a customer for life!

Sabrina is absolutely amazing to work with!!!!! We got a car recently while test driving we noticed it needed alignment she was able to get it taken care of quickly. Notice a few days after purchasing the vehicle that the struts needed replaced...they have been extremely quick in getting it taken care of. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a new vehicle reasonably priced!

The owner has always been friendly and very knowledgeable about what he has. Has always been very honest. All employees are friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend anyone to contact them.

I just recently purchased a vehicle from Patriot Auto. Sabrina was absolutely wonderful and very helpful with the process. Now, vehicles are of course man-made and problems can be unavoidable. We purchased As-Is. Once we got the car home we had an unforseen issue. I called and spoke with Matt the owner. The phrase above and beyond is overused. However, it's the only thing that I can say about how he handled the situation. He had his mechanic come to my home IN MICHIGAN. (I regret not getting his name). But he worked for hours in my driveway. In the rain. And him and Matt did not stop until I was satisfied with the status of the van, and I had full confidence and peace of mind. I will buy another vehicle from them, without hesitation. I will be sending them as much business as I possibly can. 5 Stars are not enough!

Me and the wife went in there today, our car basically is through, Sabrina and Matt are so nice and so honest. We didn’t even get the car (yet) but I can honestly say even if we don’t I would still highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle there. Great customer service and they are hands on with any problem you present to them about your future purchase. Couldn’t ask for more in my opinion. I wish I could give 6 stars. Probably the most honest and straightforward car dealership I’ve ever been too, no funny business.
